Oleksandr Turchynov is a former acting President of Ukraine. He was Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament, and Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine. Turchynov also served as acting Prime Minister in 2010 and as the head of the Security Service of Ukraine.
