Association for the Promotion of Classical Culture Hellas et Roma is non-profit organization made by students and alumni of historical studies centered around Maria- Curie Skłodowska University in Poland. Our mission is two-folded- first, to spread the knowledge about the past; second- to improve it using the method of experimental archeology. That means that Hellas et Roma is not only typical reenactment group- due to our projects, conferences, articles etc. we try to keep high level of scholarship erudition. We also participate in archeological picnics and festivals with over 20 different projects, including such unique as reconstruction of Hoplites, Gladiators or antique kitchen.
