I imagined living on a tropical island in 2019, seemingly out of nowhere.

Back in my home country, I had it all: a stable corporate job, a cat, a boyfriend, weekends away from the city, and three weeks of vacation each year.

I packed my belongings, and a few months later, I left my conventional life for the unknown, without a specific plan, but determined to make it happen.

I always felt out of place living the conventional lifestyle in Poland, a path seemingly everyone needed to follow, engaging in the rat race, seeking promotions, taking out mortgages, marrying, having kids. I felt drained, no longer seeing my life while following these standards to fit in.

Now, I work from a beautiful Thai island, enjoying summer all year long, not just for a few weeks of vacation.

I no longer care about societal pressure.

Ive chosen my own way of life and happiness!
