Dodał: Nature Sounds Therapy
A morning in an early spring forest when the birds are back and active, but
the trees are still mostly bare. Real field recording, no music, no narration,
no added layers.
Early spring sounds different from late spring. The canopy hasnt filled in
yet, so birdsong carries further and you hear individual birds more clearly
than in the dense chorus of May or June. The forest floor is dry leaves from
last autumn with the first green pushing through. Quieter overall, but more
defined.
What you hear: songbirds spread out through the trees, a few closer to the
mic, others further off. Occasional rustle from the leaf litter, light wind
in bare branches. No traffic, no planes, no human noise.
Recording notes:
- Location: deciduous forest, western Poland
- Recorder: Zoom F3 (32-bit float)
- Mic: Rode NT1
- Season: early spring, before full leaf-out
- Source: own field recording, no edits beyond level matching
Good for:
- Background while reading, writing, or working
- Mornings playing while you wake up or have coffee
- Bringing some outdoor sound into a quiet room
- A break from screens and notifications
If youve listened to summer forest recordings and found them too busy, early
spring is the opposite end sparser, with more space between sounds. Some
people prefer it for focus, others for atmosphere.
