heavy rain and heavy wind hit the capital of Belarus. Flooded several streets, tore the roof off a private house.
The roof fell on the road in the area of Zaporozhye Square and damaged a power line and three cars.
Ministry of Emergency Situations of Minsk reported that no one was injured as a result of the incident. The consequences of falling roofs on the road were eliminated within a few hours.
