My name is Whitney. Im a junior in high school. I go to a private school. I got a scholarship because my grades are really high. So my dad only pays half the tuition. But he hasnt said thank you for this once. When my mom heard that I won the scholarship, she just muttered an indifferent good job. I can imagine their reaction if it had been my sister who won the scholarship. Im sure they would have thrown a party and bought her tons of presents. From the moment they heard about it, they would have told everyone they know how smart and successful their little princess is. They find it hard to say good job to me, but if it was my sister, theyd start loving her even more. I dont know how its possible but my parents love my sister more than they love me.
