1 onion
1 carrot
300 g mushrooms
2 tbs vegetable oil
Grate 100g cheese
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/3 tsp garlic powder
2 g salt, 1 g pepper

For the sauce:
1 egg
2 tbs yoghurt
50 g cheese
Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 30 minutes
