Salt, Black pepper, Oregano
4 Potatoes
4 Carrots
1 Onion
4 Mushrooms
4 Garlic cloves
For the Sauce: 1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Apple vinegar
3 Tbsp Soya sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
50 ml Sunflower oil
20g Butter
- Fry until the skin is golden brown
Garlic
Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 35 minutes
