This is a time-lapse of INMOTION V8 repair.
Right side (motherboard side) of the inner shell had a crack near the handle - after impact. It was making the electric unicycle vulnerable and could let rain water inside.
Later it turned out the trolley handle is also bent.
Everything was replaced with new, original parts, which also required moving the motherboard, battery and all electronic parts to the new shell.
At the end, the client asked us for new pedals + adjustment.
