The funny thing is, once you stop pretending, something amazing happens. The wrong people just fall away. No fights, no drama, they just disappear. Like dead leaves in autumn. And whats left are the ones who get it. Who dont flinch at your sharp edges. Who stay, because of them.
Im at peace with that. You dont have to like me. But if I cant be myself, I dont need to belong.
