Group of teenage people were trapped in the city surrounded by forest. Each of them is devoid of memories and any knowledge of why they were sent to the District. Their life is about survival and a constant search for a way to escape from the City.

Grupa nastoletnich ludzi została uwięziona w Mieście otoczonym lasem. Każdy z nich jest pozbawiony wspomnień i jakiejkolwiek wiedzy dlaczego zostali zesłani do DystryktuIch życie polega na przetrwaniu i ciągłym poszukiwaniu sposobu na ucieczkę z Miasta.
Pewnego dnia jednego ze Zwiadowców dosięga najcięższa z chorób podczas z której można uratować się podając lek w pierwszej lub drugiej fazie. Po fazie przemiany nie ma sposobu na ratunek. Wtedy człowiek niesamowicie cierpi w ciągu paru dni zatraca niemalże wszystkie cechy ludzkie. Niestety na ową chorobę nie da się umrzeć…
