After siding forces with Pentara and defeating Brodnack's challenge (read: a folly attempt of his) you need to leave the chamber and move on. Unfortunatelly a force field is blocking your path. This is how you should proceed. It's not that hard actually. "Use the Force, Jean-Luc!" Yeah. If only that.
