700 g Plums (cut into quarters)
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar (150 g)
1 cup Sunflower oil
1 cup Natural yoghurt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
400 g All-purpose flour + 20 g Baking powder
For the crumble:
250 g Flour
125 g Butter
70 g Sugar
Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 40 - 45 minutes

The cake melts in your mouth, very easy and cheap
