Bottom of the cake
120g Soft butter
50g Icing sugar
1 Egg
200g Flour + 3g Baking powder
50g Desiccated coconut

Berriex mix:
200 g Frozen berries
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Corn starch + 2 Tbsp Water

Filling
700g Cottage cheese
140g Sugar
120 ml Milk
3 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake at 300°F / 150°C for 50 minutes

Let cool completely before serving

Delicious cake to make in 5 minutes! Melts in the mouth. Cake with mixed berries
