Tim is a man in a hurry, constantly running after time. His greatest fear is being late and missing out on life. Directors Statement: This short film marks my directorial debut. It was brought to life with the support of an incredible team of volunteer technicians, to whom I am deeply grateful. In writing this story, I wanted to explore a theme that has fascinated me since childhood: our relationship with time. I chose to examine this through the unique perspective of the main character, Tim. He suffers from chronic anticipatory anxiety and is obsessed with staying one step ahead of everything. Tim believes that by anticipating events, he can better control them and, in doing so, gain power over the passage of time. He lives in a kind of parallel reality, one he has created for himself as a buffer against the fear of time slipping away. But this raises a deeper question: what if his coping mechanisms are actually working against him? What if, instead of protecting him, they are quietly leading him to his downfall?
