2 Red peppers
1 Onion
4 Garlic cloves
400 g Beef mince
1 Egg
90 ml Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Mint, 1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper
Knead for 3 minutes

3 Eggplants
Cut it in half then cut it in two places
Dont cut to the end

Bake at 440°F / 220°C for 30 minutes

For sauce:
100 ml Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Cornflour
200 ml Water

Decoration:
Stick a piece of pepper and cherry tomato on a toothpick
