1 Chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves
Parsley, Mint, Chilli flakes
Paprika powder, Black pepper, Salt
Slice 1kg of potatoes
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
3 tbsp Olive oil
Bake at 430°F / 220°C for 30 minutes
Parsley
250g Cheddar cheese
Bake at 430°F / 220°C for 5 minutes
