W dzisiejszej części zobaczycie w jaki sposób zrobić i zamontować elementy wizualne w regale dębowym. Zacznę pracę od wieńca dolnego. Na początku przegotowuję materiał. Deski tnę na pile formatowej Felder K 690. Po sformatowaniu należy je wyrównać na wyrówniarko grubiarce Felder AD 741. Praca na tych maszynach jest szybka i czysta. Następnie na pilarce zmieniam kąt tarczy na 45 stopni i na przygotowanej desce na końcach robię nacięcia. Zgodnie z projektem na wieńcu dolnym ma być zrobiona faza którą wykonuję za frezarce dolnowrzecionowej makita RP 2301FC. poprzycinane elementy montuję na klej do ramy 2mm od dolnej krawędzi nóg. Następnym elementem jest listwa na górnym wieńcu. Jest niewielkich wymiarów z fazami pod kątem 45 stopni z obu stron. Najprościej wykonać ją na pile na z całej deski, dla bezpieczeństwa. Najpierw robimy z obu stron cięcia pod kontem 45 stopni zostawiając przestrzeń pomiędzy nimi i rozcinamy na przyjętą szerokość. Dla wyrównania krawędzi listwę przepuszczam przez grubiarkę. Listwy łączę za pomocą kleju z ramą i dociskam ściskami. Została listwa wieńcząca wykonana na frezarce dolnowrzecionowej Felder F 700 Z. Do wykonania listwy użyłem frezu z nożami profilowymi. Po przecięciu i dopasowaniu elementów wyfrezowałem otwory pod kołki domino żeby listwa była mocno i stabilnie przymocowana do ramy regału. całość połączyłem na klej i docisnąłem ściskami.
