Połączenie kątowe ścienne na przykładzie wieńca dolnego z realizacji regału dębowego. Ważną rzeczą w połączeniu kątowym jest to aby materiał był zacięty dokładnie pod kątem 45 stopni, inaczej powstaną szczeliny między materiałem i nie będzie to wyglądało estetycznie. Do zacinania materiału użyłem pilarki stołowej. Końce materiału zacinam pod kątem 45 stopni i sprawdzam na ramie regału czy wszystko jest docięte jak należy. Połączyć materiał ze sobą można na sam klej, ale staram się zawsze wzmacniać takie połączenia, żeby były mocniejsze i stabilniejsze. Do wzmocnienia użyłem kołków domino i frezarki df 500. Frezarka posiada stopę na której można ustawiać kąt nachylenia względem materiału i tym sposobem idealnie frezujemy gniazdo pod kątem. po wyfrezowaniu gniazd we wszystkich miejscach wklejamy kołki domino które spełniają funkcję obcego pióra. Całość smarujemy klejem i dopiero tak wzmocnione połączenia ściskamy uzyskując idealne połączenie.

The important thing in the angular connection is that the material is jammed exactly at an angle of 45 degrees, otherwise there will be a gap between the material and it will not look aesthetically. I used a table saw to cut the material. I fold the ends of the material at an angle of 45 degrees and check on the frame of the rack if everything is cut as it should. Put the material together with the adhesive itself, but always try to strengthen the joints to be stronger and more stable. For reinforcement I used domino and df 500 milling cutters. The milling machine has a foot on which you can set the angle of inclination with respect to the material and thus perfectly milled the socket at an angle. After milling the nests in all places, we paste domino pins that function as a foreign pen. All we glue with adhesive and only then reinforced joints squeeze to get the perfect connection.
